This 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo cabriolet was first delivered to Newport Beach Cars in California, and it has 15k miles following registration history in the state. The car is finished in Basalt Black Metallic over black leather and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels via a five-speed Tiptronic S automatic transaxle. Features include a black soft top, the Sport Chrono Package, 19" Turbo wheels, bi-xenon headlights, front sport seats, Porsche Communication Management, a back-up camera, a remote CD changer, and automatic climate control. The car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD). The brake fluid was flushed in October 2024.
The cabin features front sport seats feature debossed Porsche crests on the headrests and are upholstered in black leather. Interior amenities include Porsche Communication Management, a Bose sound system, a remote six-disc CD changer, automatic climate control, a wind deflector, and cruise control.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer and a 225-mph speedometer as well as gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The optional Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 15k miles.
The twin-turbocharged and intercooled 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six was factory rated at 480 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The Sport Chrono Package allows the 997.1 Turbo to overboost for up to 10 seconds, increasing peak rated torque to 505 lb-ft. The camshaft position sensor was replaced in September 2024, and the spark plugs were replaced in October 2024. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed Tiptronic S automatic transaxle.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Newport Beach Cars in California, as well as factory equipment, colors, and a total price of $143,915.
